Hello, you! I hope this finds you all well. It’s been a spell! I thought maybe you might need a reminder today, a reminder that I, myself, have needed quite often this year…and if I’m being honest, for a few years, now. Yowsa!
I spent the last three months being super hard on myself for not reaching certain goals I’d set. It really affected my attitude horribly. It’s a bit scary how easy it is to get lost in all the muck that can happen in life. I’ve been working with my health coach, who is so amazing, and she’s been helping me get back to feeling myself. As my coach Justine puts it, “Like the badass that you are.” ❤️ She’s really been a light in my life over the last year. ❤️
I’ve even started journaling again! I use it to brainstorm ways to reach my business goals, work through issues that are troubling me and clouding my mind, and judgement. I’d forgotten how cleansing journaling is!
Do you journal? I love writing in a fancy notebook with a really great gel pen. It’s the simple things in life, for real! 😍💥❤️
And so, back to what this post was about and why I wanted to share it here… If you’re ever feeling uncertain and lost, don’t be afraid to reach out to professionals for help. Like a fitness/health and wellness coach or a psychologist. They’re trained to help you get through those tough moments in life, and to help you when you’re feeling stuck. We are only human. Don’t be scared to lean a little more on someone else’s knowledge and strength. It’s how we learn.
